Please read these terms carefully before using the Savischools platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Savischools.com ("Service", "Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Savischools website and mobile application operated by Savitroday.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that independent of your user role (Admin, Teacher, Parent) the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on Service.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. License to Use

Savischools grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You agree not to:
  • License, sell, rent, or lease the Application.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the Application.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice.
Acceptable Use:
  • Use solely for school management purposes.
  • Comply with all applicable local and national laws.
  • Respect the privacy and rights of all student data.

4. Subscriptions & Fee Billing

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions if not cancelled before the trial period ends.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Savischools, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver.

BY ACKNOWLEDGING THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU OR ANY AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR INSTITUTION HAS READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS.
